About

Amy Jackson, M.S., B.A., NPTI-CPT

I attended the National Personal Training Institute and became a certified personal trainer in 2010. With a major back surgery and subsequent methadone addiction, I wondered if I would ever be physically active again. Following physical therapy guidelines and attempting to exercise correctly on my own, I realized the depths of exercise science and knew that to recover fully, I would need to gain extensive knowledge in this field. At age 31, I entered into a twelve-step program to begin recovery from drug addiction, depression and disability. As new doors opened, I followed my heart toward becoming a health and fitness expert. Through this emotional, physical and spiritual crisis, I found my life completely transformed.
I'm here to help others care for their bodies, as this is the only vessel we have to do our soul's work. Our life on this planet is ultimately determined by how well we care for this vessel and how long it lasts. I am creating a spiritually-based business with great reverence for those I come in contact with and our mutual growth experience. My goal is to help you get to yours and to assist you in becoming your best self. All areas of health are interwoven, and as one begins to heal, we awaken and enhance the others.
